GTF curates products from independent brands. Each order may involve one or more brand partners who remain responsible for fulfilment of their items subject to our marketplace policies.
Orders and pricing
- Prices, duties, taxes, and shipping are shown at checkout where available.
- We may cancel or refuse an order if payment cannot be verified or stock is unavailable.
- Product descriptions and imagery are provided by brands and may vary slightly from the delivered item.
Returns
Return eligibility depends on the item, brand, and destination. Please review our Returns page and contact client services before sending anything back.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GTF is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
